I would appreciate any advice... My skills are good but not great... I have heard reformation is very difficult and this looks as good but isn't so hard... Thanks

There are a number of terrific T & R Card routines, I do Reparation, and I like Braun's Torched and restored, and Vinnies Warped and Restored, Sankey's cardboard contortionists, and David Elderidge's Quarterly Returns is interesting.
None of these (in my opinion) are difficult. And I would recommend any of them, depending on the effect you ultimately desire.

I have a friend who had reformation, and got reparation and said reparation is far easier..

But I an not pesoanlly familiar with ripped and restored. Sorry.

The reformation by Guy Hollingworth is a very difficult routine to master. Ripped and restored is easier and looks good. Their used to be a demo of this routine at http://www.allmagicguide.com , but I'm not sure if you can still download it...

A beauty of a routine. Well thought out, practical, and looks great. Give it the practice it deserves and you'll perform this one over and over again for a long time!

There are a few threads about this topic, but I have a different opionion. I personally am not sure who "came up" with the method of tearing and restoring the card, wheter it was Yves or Daniel. But I do know that there is one strong point that each routine has. Yves, has much better angles, the hands cover whatever bad ones might come about, but it still needsto be performed with the audience in the front of you. Torn is almost the same except the third restoration is beautiful. It looks really good.

So which one do I perfer? Both. Combining the second one from ripped, and the third one from torn, and then the fourth restoration is basicly the same.s
