No you cannot use it more than once, an no it is not a special can. It can be done with any can. It's not completely impromptu, but it can look like it is.

What you get for your money is a method, not a gimmick. Once you know how its done, you can repeat is ad infinitum (though not with the same can.) It's well worth the $13 or so to acquire the secret.
