Actually this is magical, but I couldn't find a better place to ask.

So, I've been told who owns it, but it's hard to believe. So my question is:

Do you know who owns it?

I know Anthony Hopkins,the actor,was a big fan.I've seen him do a decent impersonation of him as well,and also the Welsh connection,it could be him.

The last I heard it was on display at the Magic Circle in London. I don't know if it's on loan or if the Circle owns it.
