You guys recommended it to me a few years back, so I followed it and always got stuck in the fifth step. Eventually, I gave up and throw the cube aside. Now I picked it up again, thinking I'm smarter than back then, but to my surprise I found myself stuck in that same ***ed step. Seriously, I'm on the verge of crushing this cube into pieces.

So if anybody would be kind enough to tell me how do I find the bad corners, and how do I know when they're fixed, and how does the 'NIKLAS' effect the cube so I could finally get which corner to use it on and in which direction.

OR

maybe show me or direct me to another method, maybe an easyer one, maybe the one you guys use to solve the cube.

Thanks a lot

The one I use is

http://www.puzzlesolver.com/puzzle.php?id=29

which obviosuly is not done for speed but it's quite easy to see why the moves work so they are easier to remember for me even after not using them for years.

For speed it's hard to beat

http://www.ws.binghamton.edu/fridrich/cube.html

but she has a lot of algorithms to memorize.

If you want to step into solving it slowly, check out A Rubik's cube solution
that is easy to memorize
. Once you get this down, you can build on it with the Fridrich techniques.
