Such a cup is available for about $12-15 from many dealers such as Magic Depot. I have a routine written up using this type if cup. Write me when you get one and I'll send it on.

There are some special moves and advantages in using such a cup and the metal makes a nice sound.

Hi,
I have purchased this cup before: http://themagicwarehouse.com/cgi-bin/fin......%20DREAM and I still use it in my children's show and it is, of course, a big hit.
It is the size of a normal cup, made of metal for a nice sound, and it has a slit at the bottom. And you can't go wrong with a price like this.
Hope this helps.

Abbott's Magic has sold the "Visible Misers Dream" for at least 50 years, it uses a real glass made of glass.

They also make a slot plastic glass.
